What service does KCYC provide?

1) Residential Remodelling. We offer a complete line of building services, from design to finished product. We have undertake in bungalow projects relating to demolition of an existing building, construct and renovate up to the stage where clients are able to move in worry-free. Other services also include room additions, kitchen and bath remodelling, carpentry work, roofing, flooring, ceiling, skylight and awning and more.

2) Commercial Construction. Coordinating with main contractors in high-rise buildings as well as build up of small-scale independent commercial projects such as factory, clinic, boutique hotels and more.

What are the procedure for engagement on a residential project with KCYC?

First, call or email us your interest. We will engage you soonest to arrange a date for us to discuss your plan. A quote will be ready within 5 working days. Once confirmed, you will be assisted by our site supervisor and he will guide you into completing your dream home.

How are pricing calculated?

Because every client have different needs. There is no fixed pricing and pricing will be based upon customers preference for the project. Please let us know your interest, we will prepare a quote for you.
