Who We Are

KC Yap Construction Sdn Bhd was incorporated in year 2004. It was founded by Mr Yap Kiat Cheh as Construction Contractor Firm and has extensive experience in tiling finishing as well as supply of various construction workers for large-scale projects in Malaysia.

Throughout out the years, we have been involved in various field of projects ranging from housing and commercial projects such as residential housing, high-rise buildings, factory, shops, clinics and etc. We continue to develop our core competence, so strong, that we are now able to offer clients services ranging from demolition of an existing building up to renovation and making sure building is ready for vacant.

The firm shall endeavour to attain the highest level of professional competency, technology advancement and continuously seeking to provide cost effective and quality construction works and services to client’s requirement.
